Return and exchange policy

In order to protect your rights and interests, we provide comprehensive return and exchange services. Please read the following return and exchange terms carefully:

We will handle it based on the condition of the item and the reason for the return. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and have all original packaging and tags attached.   • Exchange policy

      If the product you receive has quality problems or does not match your order, you can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide corresponding solutions. Exchange items must be in their original, unused condition and have all original packaging and tags attached. We will bear the exchange freight costs caused by quality problems or delivery errors.
  • Return and exchange process

      Contact customer service: Please contact us through our customer service email or phone and provide the order number and reason for return or exchange. Confirm return and exchange: Our customer service staff will confirm the return and exchange details with you and provide the return and exchange address. Returning the goods: Please send the goods back to the address we provided and keep the proof of delivery. Inspecting the product: We will inspect the product after receiving it to confirm the condition of the product. Processing returns and exchanges: After the inspection is correct, we will handle returns and exchanges according to your requirements. Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days after processing.
